Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Sri Ayurveda Vaidhya Mithra, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience and delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products to our customers.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or poor-quality product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund process.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our official contact page or support email with the reason for the return/exchange request.

To help us process your request quickly, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the product received
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • Details of the issue

If the product received is found to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete as per your order, we will arrange a reverse pickup whenever applicable.

After verification, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Please note that product replacements are subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Products will be accepted for return or exchange only if:

    • The item is unused and unopened
    • The original packaging is intact
    • Product labels/tags are available
    • The product is returned in saleable condition
    • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse

    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic medicines, oils, powders, chooranams, personal care, or wellness products may not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

    Refunds may be credited through the original payment method, including:

    • UPI
    • Net Banking
    • Razorpay
    • Wallets
    • Debit/Credit Card payments

    Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

Store Credit

  • In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the website.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

    • Cancellation requests should be made within 3–5 days of placing the order.
    • Refunds for cancelled orders will usually be processed within 48–72 business hours.

    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
